Implementing sustainable choices into your daily routine can be easier than you think.  Let's start with our morning routine.  Are the products we're using the best option?  Are we wasteful?  Could we swap items for reusable ones?  We can change daily habits to live a more sustainable life, whether carpooling to work, using more eco-friendly products, or recycling.

Here are a few simple things to make your morning routine more eco-friendly. Comment your sustainable living tips below!

    The Skin -

Prep your skin with eco-friendly products!  And don't forget the sunscreen.  Many brands focus on sustainable packaging and cruelty-free ingredients- we have so many options to choose from!

    The Hair -

Wash your hair with a shampoo bar or use a reusable shower cap.  Have you tried switching from shampoo bottles to a shampoo bar yet?  That's a trend we can get behind.

    The Fit-

Dress head to toe in your favorite thrifted outfit.  We have so many charity and vintage shops around town that have amazing clothes.  And don't forget your CRANN sunnies to complete your look. You are supporting small businesses + purchasing a sustainable item...win-win!

    The Food-

Chow down on an omelet with veggies from your garden.  If you don't have a green thumb, make sure you store your food in reusable containers.

    The Shops -

Never leave home without your reusable shopping bags!  (Yes, bags plural! :))

    The Coffee -

Because my morning isn't complete without a GOOD coffee.  Since we can't bring our reusable cups to coffee shops at the moment, recycling our cups will do. If you prefer to make your own at home, look to see if you can recycle your coffee pods.

Taking the time to stop and think about your routine might shine a light on ways you can live more eco-friendly.  One small thing can make a big difference!

    Until next time!
